We currently ship to all 50 states within the US
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. If you are interested in shipping internationally please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss options. Keep in mind that it is rather expensive to ship internationally. The recipient is responsible for paying all brokerage, duties, and taxes associated with international shipping.
How long does it take for items to arrive?
Continental US orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) via US Postal Service (USPS). All ground product orders require 1–3 business days to process and up to 5–7 business days to arrive. All expedited orders require 1 business day to process and will then be shipped through the method of your choice.
How can I make changes to my order?
Once placed, online orders cannot be cancelled or changed. In an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, all online orders are processed immediately.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping to the Continental US is $8
Orders placed in the US receive free shipping on orders of $100 or more
What is your return policy?
All sales are final except for damaged products. If you have received a damaged product please fill out our Returns Form and email to email@example.com. We will mail you a return address label to return the product to us. Download the Returns Form here.
Returns must be processed within 7 days of receiving the product and no more than 30 days from purchase date.
All returns for damaged products will be credited back to the original credit card used within 10 business days of our receiving your order. We will notify you once your return has been processed.
