We are thrilled to introduce our new, world-class space, thoughtfully designed for guests looking to elevate their spa experience to the next level. This luxurious area features top-of-the-line amenities, including a custom 20-person Finnish sauna, a refreshing cold plunge, dedicated mens and womens locker rooms, and social Lounge, Bar and Patio. Here, guests embark on their wellness journey, setting the stage for ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation.
Step 2: Hot
Your journey starts in the dry sauna.. With its soothing effects, the dry sauna helps ease muscle tension while alleviating pain. Allow the warmth to envelop you, promoting natural toxin release. This initial step will nourish both your body and your mind. Gradually, as tiny droplets of sweat form on your skin, the stresses of daily life will melt away.
Step 3: Cold
After your Finnish sauna, take a quick plunge into the cold tub. If the chill is too intense, the showers offer a great alternative to ease into this step. For those who aren’t fans of the cold, don’t worry—this part is brief but incredibly beneficial for your body. It’s an essential step: it boosts your heart rate and tightens your pores. When paired with the heat, the cold invigorates your senses, promotes white blood cell production, relieves aches, and boosts your endorphin levels for that well-earned feeling of euphoria.
Step 4: Relax
Once you’ve completed the first two steps a few times, it’s important to follow them with a moment of comfort. Now, it’s time to unwind and let your heart rate stabilize in a calm and peaceful setting.

Our House of Sacred Membership is an amenities package with daily access privileges to our lower-level Locker Rooms, Finnish Sauna, Cold Plunge, Social Lounge, and Bar + Patio.
Membership Includes
- Daily Access Monday-Friday 9:00am-7:30pm, Saturdays 8:00am-3:30pm
- Use of the Locker Rooms, Finnish Sauna, Cold Plunge, Social Lounge, Bar + Patio
- 10% off spa services and retail products
- Four (4) annual passes to our Salt Therapy Lounge
- Access to a private social community with various exclusive promotions

While Using The Space:
- Please be mindful and respectful of other guests.
- Please refrain from yelling and loud conversations.
- Cellphone pictures and videos are strictly prohibited inside the locker rooms as well as all of the amenities. Please respect the privacy of others.
- Sacred Hour allows minors 14 years old and older to book single services.
- Amenity access is limited to those 18 years old and older.
- Please refrain from using your own body care products in our showers, sauna, and cold plunge.
- We are a smoke-free facility. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited.
- Sacred Hour Spa reserves the right to ask anyone suspected of intoxication or being under the influence to leave. A refund will not be given.
- Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited. This includes personal water bottles. We will have various water stations available throughout the spa.
