Whether you’re a seasoned spa-goer or a first-timer, embracing these tried-and-true behaviors ensures that everyone, from fellow clients to our dedicated staff, enjoys a blissful and fulfilling experience.
For your comfort and relaxation, we recommend you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your treatment, allowing time for you to relax.
Arriving late will simply shorten the time for your treatment, thus limiting your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. the full cost of your treatment will be applied.
We realize that sometimes plans change. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require a full 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a charge in full for the service. Cancellation policies may vary, depending on the size of the booking. The policy is reviewed with you at the time a reservationist approves the booking.
Please notify us of any cancellations by phone at 216-228-9750 within your quoted cancellation policy. You may call us outside of business hours, however, you must leave us a voicemail stating your cancellation. We do not accept cancellations via email unless your spa group coordinator has instructed email communication only. All late cancellations may incur a full charge if we are unable to fill the bookings with another guest.
All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change.
A 20% service charge will be added to your service.
Sacred Hour does not close for inclement weather. Please review your cancellation policy when booking appointments during winter months.
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. However, please dress comfortably. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on.
If you have high blood pressure, allergies, or any other physical ailments or disabilities, please notify us when booking.
While there are a few services that should be avoided during your pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. Please notify us if you are pregnant, so we may guide you in the right direction.
In order to maintain the serene ambiance of Sacred Hour, we kindly ask that you power down all cellular phones and pagers before entering. To respect the privacy of our guests, the use of camera devices is strictly prohibited.
To enhance the experience of our massage services, individuals aged 14-15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian within the treatment room. For guests aged 16-17, a parent or guardian must accompany them during the check-in process. Identification may be requested to ensure compliance with this policy.
For skincare, minors 13-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for check-in. An adult has the option to remain in the spa or treatment room while the service is provided.
Infants and toddlers are not permitted in the spa, except for gift card purchases.
- Treat your gift card like cash—it’s nonrefundable, and we cannot replace it if lost or stolen.
- Your gift card, whether physical or digital, is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
- Gift cards can be used for services, merchandise, and food & drinks at both of our locations.
- A valid credit card is required to book all spa services, not the gift card. Your card will not be charged during booking—it’s just to secure your reservation.
- Upon receiving your gift card, download the Sacred Hour App [iOS] [Android].
- If the gift card sender included your name, it will be linked to your account automatically. This is the only way we can track the gift card as yours.
- You can book services using our online booking portal or by calling us at 216-228-9750.
- Gift cards cannot be used to hold a reservation over the phone. We require a valid credit card to secure bookings.
- Remember, the credit card or the gift card won’t be charged at the time of booking; it’s just for reserving the appointment.
- Bring your physical or e-gift card with you when you arrive. A photocopy of the card will not be accepted.
- Please review the cancellation policy shared with you at the time of booking (via text or over the phone) to avoid any charges for late cancellations or no-shows.
- Guests receiving services at Sacred Hour must be 14 years or older. If under 18, they must be accompanied by an adult.
