Here you will move fluidly and mindfully from pose to pose as our teachers create the conditions to bring forth progress, energy, and uplift. This class is intended for all levels of yogi and can be modified for ease or exploration.
*During Warm Vinyasa Flow, the infrared panels are heated to 85 degrees.
In a room heated to 90 – 95 degrees under infrared panels, this class is the antidote for feeling slow or sluggish. Move fluidly and mindfully, breathe, and feel your spirit re-energized. This class is intended for all levels of yogi and can be modified for ease or exploration.
In a room heated between 95 – 105 degrees under infrared panels, this class will help you leave the doldrums behind. Our Powerful Vinyasa Flow class teaches how to move mindfully and fluidly as our instructors create the conditions to move forward and upward. This class is intended for all levels and can be modified for ease or exploration.
The antidote for detachment and uncertainty, you will leave this class feeling confident, connected, and clear. In “yin-yasa” style flow, the teacher incorporates breath-based movements in the beginning of class to bring you out of your busy mind, and then ease you into longer yin holds to bring you into your calm body. It’s the perfect mix of intentional movement and restorative postures to soothe and settle. This class is great for any level of student from beginner to advanced.
The antidote for anxiety and stiffness, our Slow Flow class is designed to create a sense of supple strength and peace of mind. Here, our teachers create the conditions for you to unpack and unwind as you slip from pose to pose like honey off a comb. This class can be enjoyed by any level of student.

Yin yoga is a meditative, gentle style of yoga consisting of passively held poses (5-6 minutes), targeting the connective tissues and joints. This allows you to turn inward as you hold the stretch and sensation, effectively linking mind, body, breath, and spirit. Props are encouraged. Yin is a perfect complement to dynamic Vinyasa flows and Power Yoga practice!
A fun, upbeat Vinyasa Flow class incorporating weights and bands to tone and strengthen your muscles. A combination of yoga poses, weight movement, bands, and core work will help build lean muscles mass. The room and the playlist are HOT! In addition to the challenge you will find the mental and meditative components of a basic yoga class.
Move slowly from pose to pose as you use breath and movement to release tension and create space. Finish lying still while you’re enveloped in sound from a variety of sonic tools, attending to the changing sounds to harness the mind and move into deep listening. Leave feeling spacious, calm and centered—tuned in. This class can be enjoyed by any level of student.
During the experience, the infrared panels are heated to 75-80 degrees. Dress in yoga clothes for the slow flow portion and bring your favorite items (a sweatshirt and comfy socks) to get cozy for the sound bath.
