Sacred Hour Code of Ethics
At Sacred Hour, we’re committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and professional environment for every guest. Our employees and practitioners follow the highest ethical and professional standards to ensure your experience is restorative, private, and respectful.
Our Commitments
- Client Wellbeing First
We prioritize the health, comfort, and safety of every guest, ensuring each experience is supportive, intentional, and free from judgment. - Confidentiality & Privacy
We take guest privacy very seriously. All personal and health information is collected solely to provide safe, effective treatments. Records are kept strictly confidential and are accessible only to staff directly involved in care. Staff maintain discretion in all interactions, and guest privacy is protected before, during, and after each session. - Professional Integrity
We uphold honesty, integrity, and professionalism at all times. Practitioners maintain appropriate boundaries and create a respectful, healing environment. - Qualified & Licensed Staff
All Sacred Hour practitioners are licensed massage therapists or estheticians who have completed state-approved training programs, typically requiring 500+ hours of anatomy, ethics, and supervised practice. Ohio maintains some of the nation’s strongest licensure standards, and Sacred Hour goes beyond these requirements through rigorous screening, mentorship, and in-house training. - Session Conduct & Focus
Spa professionals adhere to strict session rules to protect guest privacy and uphold professional standards. This includes complete professional focus on each guest at all times, with no outside distractions and phone use in treatment rooms. - No Pressure Sales
Guests will never be subject to pressure selling or unsolicited upselling during treatments. All services and products are offered with transparency and choice. - Transparent Pricing
We honor all published prices, promotions, and service menu rates. Guests can trust that there are no hidden fees or unexpected charges.
Sacred Hour Spa Policies
- Clientele
Sacred Hour welcomes both women and men. Our facility offers private treatment rooms with appropriate amenities to ensure discretion and comfort. - Guest Information & Privacy
Guests are required to complete a health questionnaire prior to treatments. This allows our team to recommend appropriate services and take necessary precautions. Personal information is used exclusively for scheduling, billing, and safe service delivery. - Medical Conditions
Guests should inform their therapist of any medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, or recent procedures.
Treatments are taken at the guest’s own risk. For safety, we recommend consulting a physician if unsure about suitability. - Personal Belongings
Lockers are provided for personal items. We advise guests not to bring valuables, jewelry, or electronics into treatment rooms. Sacred Hour cannot be held responsible for lost items. - Mobile Devices & Quiet Environment
To preserve the tranquility of our space, guests’ mobile phones and electronic devices must remain silent in treatment areas. Guests are asked to refrain from loud conversation in shared spaces to maintain a calming atmosphere for all. - Conduct & Boundaries
Staff and guests are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session without refund. - Smoking, Food, and Beverages
Smoking is strictly prohibited on spa property. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the facility. - Booking & Punctuality
We recommend scheduling appointments at least three days in advance. Guests should arrive 15 minutes before their appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatments. - Cancellations & Payments
We require 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a charge in full for the service. Cancellation policies may vary, depending on the size of the booking. The policy will be reviewed with you when a reservationist approves the booking. Payments will be made upon checkout.
Sacred Hour is more than a spa; it’s a sanctuary. These policies ensure that every guest can experience our space as a place of healing, restoration, and trust.
