I can’t wait to go back I literally been on cloud 9 since my services today. I got a massage with Tabitha and a Korean Scrub with Ashley. So love this place nothing like the chain massage locations so much better and upscale. Thank you so much you guys exceeded my expectations!

It is not only her experience - and knowledge but her gift as a therapist aligning the needs of a client with her passion for this art that left me not only relaxed but rejuvenated throughout the next day! As a long term Sacred Hour „follower“ I highly recommend the place - Tabitha and her wonderful staff. Not to forget is using the sauna and cold plunge prior to the massage that have become an additional welcoming ritual!

Breanna A70 days agoI was hesitant after hearing some rumors, but I’m so glad I gave them a chance! Zack gave me the best 120min deep tissue + reiki session I ever had! The atmosphere is very soothing, and I genuinely felt heard in my session when emphasizing my pain points. The detail they put into the designs of every room is immaculate as well!

It’s lovely to have a spa that offers relaxation areas and amenities that you can enjoy before and after your services. I’ll be back. Theresa Christine84 days agoEven though this has always been my favorite spa in Cleveland, I hadn’t been back since they moved to their new location. I treated myself for my birthday and booked the Korean body scrub, and I was pleasantly surprised! Ashley was absolutely AMAZING. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly taken care of from start to finish. She was attentive, professional, and made the entire experience feel so luxurious. My skin feels incredibly smooth and refreshed! The amenities were wonderful, and I loved being able to grab a drink and relax in the lounge before heading home. I will definitely continue recommending this spa to friends and family, and I’ll absolutely be booking with Ashley again!

Listened to the amount of pressure I asked for and left me feeling relaxed and reset. I will be back for her! I have a membership here and she made it worth having. Suggest you book in advance because she does seem to be busy.

Stacy at Sacred Hour Spa did not disappoint. I feel so much better. This was my first time at Sacred Hour, but it will not be my last!

Allison Fraser164 days agoThis spa is an oasis. Peaceful and tranquil. The services are outstanding and the amenities are excellent - I could melt in the sauna for hours. I had an excellent Swedish massage by Nadgie. Highly recommend her for a peaceful and stress relieving massage experience.

I have went to the same spa for 10 years and can never find a good place for a pedicure so I was nervous to try a new one. Me and my mom went as a birthday treat! I have tried a lot of different places for pedicures and if you’re looking for an upscale positive environment look no further! kaycey did my pedicure did a terrific job!! I am so happy we came the girls were so sweet and made my day!! I also got a facial and that didn’t disappoint either! My skin was glowy and I felt a difference immediately. My mom got massage and she said it was very enjoyable and relaxing. The entire atmosphere of the spa screams luxury relaxation. Every person that interacted with me was kind and so pleasant. I felt like I was at the disney world of spas. I’m excited to come back and try more services!

She asked the right questions., listened to my answers, and it was one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. Very detailed, slow, perfect pressure.

Ashley Skelly180 days agoI come here a few times throughout the year and get the best hydrafacial deluxe from Taylor and deep tissue massage from Valerie. Valerie is so skilled in her deep tissue massages she has helped me with chronic tension and knots I've had in my shoulders, neck and hips. Truly- I left her DTM feeling ten years younger. I have also received a Korean body scrub that made my skin baby soft and glowing! You can never go wrong with an Indian Head massage. I love the unique variety of spa services and I am eager to try the sauna and cold plunge! I always come to my appt 30 mins early to enjoy a CBD mocktail to get relaxed before my service. Such a beautiful space!

I was lucky enough to enjoy the spacious sauna, a brief cold plunge, a fabulous hour long Swedish massage and the serenity of the salt room. A Mimosa before my massage hit the spot. Every amenity is covered in the locker room as well. Luxurious robes, plenty of towels, comfort in abundance!

Shoshana Greenberg198 days agoThis was my first time here and it was easily the best spa experience I’ve ever had. From first walking in everyone was friendly and genuine. I had a Korean Scrub w/ Britain and since it was my first I didn’t know what to expect but it was far better than I could have imagined and I highly recommend it. I also had a deep tissue and Indian Head massge w/ Danielle and it was just as phenomenal. The cold plunge and sauna were wonderful (I didn’t use the salt room), everything was impeccably clean and had a calming vibe. There was also a great phones-free lounge and what they call a little food and drink bar but I would call a terrific mini bistro that had everything from a balsamic & fig hummus snack container, and sandwiches to delicious short bread cookies and coffees/teas to a mini bar w beer, wine and cocktails. Callie was so sweet in there and makes a great flat white and mixed drink. Spas are never inexpensive but I can honestly say that the prices are reasonable for the experience and I look forward to going again!! It is also woman owned and the people I was with had worked there 9 and 13 yrs and loved it. I cannot recommend enough
Mary Camp210 days agoWhat an incredible experience!! On Monday I did a Yelp search for massage in the greater Lakewood area and came across Sacred Hour. I booked the Chill Package for today (Thursday). I ended up with two amazing therapists! Jasmin provided one of the best deep tissue massages of my life and Sheena gave me not only a fabulous facial, but a lovely massage as well!! I felt welcomed and cared for from the time I entered until I left. The amenities - salt room, sauna, and cold plunge rounded out my afternoon. I highly recommend booking your own experience! I just wished I lived here to take advantage of such a lovely spa again soon.

Andrew Kobak224 days agoI just had the best deep tissue massage of my life with April. Couldn’t be happier. It’s not easy to find a massage therapist that can really dig deep. I found her. It’s April. The building and decor is also amazing. Customer service is also top notch. Highly recommend!

I did a 90-minute deep tissue with reiki as well as requested a quiet appointment. I was highly impressed with the professionalism and the skill set of my masseuse. I will definitely be asking for gift cards here every holiday and birthday in the future!

My massage with Carolyn had wonderful pressure and my Korean scrub with Heather was phenomenal- I wasn’t going to do a body scrub as they’re not usually my first service to get done, but I have to say I would be excited to do it again! It truly felt wonderful in my skin feels amazing. Loved the sauna and cold plunge and the staff was very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this spa coming from out of town! Not only was her service stellar as she paid attention to details and went out of her way to make sure that I was relaxing, I found that all of the nail technicians that were also working had a great team energy and were very engaging. All of us that were receiving services were able to have a conversation and share some laughter as well. The nail area is so clean and inviting that I will be back next month. It was a great way to spend a Friday night. Thank you to Kaycey and co-workers.

I was scheduled to have a regular pedicure and Tanya suggested trying the dry one. I’ll admit I was skeptical at first because my feet tend to get dry and the term dry pedicure seemed counter intuitive. Nope. Best pedicure yet! You have to try it. The results are amazing.

Zach was my masseuse and he gave one of the best massages I've ever had -- very thorough and intense which is what I was hoping for. I'd highly recommend him for deep tissue massages. It was also the darkest massage room I've ever been in, ha. I really couldn't even see where I was walking. I like ambiance but it could use a *little* more light. Loved the cold plunge and sauna. The salt room was nice as well. The lounge is a nice touch as well if you want to get a drink and just hang out for a bit.
J Ward379 days agoI had 60 min deep tissue with Alecia. It wasn't just for relaxing either... I went in with legitmate pain in my shoulders and neck. She was fantastic! I walked out feeling so much better! Also.. the new building is really nice.

He hit every problem area with just the right pressure and even the ones that weren’t I could feel that he was working out the kinks with just as much effort and finesse. I’ll be coming back monthly, happy to have found a place to become a regular!

My massage therapist Zach was amazing. He listened areas I had concerns with, used the right pressure and it’s the best massage I’ve had in years. 10/10 I will be back.

It is a lovely experience which began with the cool refreshing orange infused water in the lovely, peaceful waiting area. I received quality pedicures each time and enjoyed the entire experience. Another thing I particularly enjoyed is that there are no odors like I experience at nail salons. My return visits have been equally as wonderful - yesterday I enjoyed their amenities- the salt lounge, sauna, and cold plunge - for the first time - wow- amazing! You can elect to add time enjoying the amenities before or after a scheduled service or plan your visit solely for peaceful restorative time with use of their amenities. I have not yet taken time to enjoy the outdoor area/ bar which also looks great. Highly recommend you treat yourself or someone you love to a visit here🥰

Randy Wolters421 days agoI scheduled this massage as a discount bundle that the Spa offered in an email I received. I currently have a medical condition called Lymphedema and, fortunately for me, Debbie happens to be trained in lymphatic massages. Knowing her experience in this line of therapy I was able to ask questions about my condition which were answered efficiently. Debbie also provided a relaxing Swedish massage to my back, neck, and arms. During the treatment Debbie provided feedback of ways I can reduce my leg swelling including elevation of my legs, walking, slow flow yoga and compression socks. I was thoroughly impressed with the overall knowledge and professionalism of Debbie’s massage therapy. I will definitely be booking another session in the upcoming weeks ahead!
JD Klein422 days agoWhat a wonderful experience!! I booked The Works for myself after a stressful three months of life...Korean Scrub, massage, facial, manicure and pedicure. All the services were excellent and the staff was amazing. Erin gave me the best deep tissue massage I've had in years. You could tell the staff cared about the services they were providing. The space is lovely and adds to the overall experience (had the best cardamom latte EVER!). I definitely will return.
A J426 days agoI had a most excellent deep tissue massage with Alicia LMT. I felt immediately relaxed with Alicia. She has a calming demeanor. She worked my sorest muscles. I had tightness in my shoulders and I had done a pretty tough workout the day before. She had a lot to work with. I felt unwound after my session. Alicia is skilled and knowledgeable massage therapist. She was kind and treated even my toughest muscles with grace. It was one of the best massages I have had in awhile. I will be returning.

The amenities, especially the sauna and cold plunge, were both invigorating and surprisingly addictive—you can really feel your body detox and come alive. I had the best deep tissue massage ever. Valerie was amazing, working deep and precisely on all the tough spots. Big thanks to Tess for recommending her. I also love that they use and sell OSEA products, which are now my new favorite. They've been sold out of the Ocean Eyes serum lately, so huge thanks to TJ for restocking it today—I was finally able to grab one. The outdoor deck and bar are beautiful. Just had water today, but I’m definitely coming back to try one of their mixologist cocktails next time.

Karen Krupp443 days agoI had the best day in a long while. I felt so taken care of and pampered. I started with an amazing massage with Nanette, who eased my muscles and some emotions. I had an incredible facial with Taylor who pampered me so much I fell asleep. My skin felt amazing when I left. And the end of the evening I got a pedicure from Kennedy who did such a great job on my toes. They look amazing.

She took the time to understand what I was looking for and truly tailored the experience to my needs—every detail felt thoughtful and intentional. After the pedicure, I was given a tour of their beautiful space, and I was genuinely blown away. The ambiance throughout Sacred Hour is warm, serene, and impeccably designed—it’s clear this isn’t just a spa, it’s a sanctuary. Princess Shepard465 days agoMy hubby booked me this Korean Body Scrub for my birthday 🥳 and it was absolutely divine ☺️ Fanni was my Scrub Technician and she was amazing 🤩 I even told her she has ‘Blessed Hands’ This scrub will leave you feeling renewed and revitalized. It goes beyond surface level cleaning to remove dead skin cells and impurities. The vigorous scrubbing action was very stimulating and refreshing. It felt therapeutic. The warmth, scrubbing, and massage had a calming and destressing effect. I felt very Relaxed. My overall experience was very peaceful and unwinding. My last service was a 120 minute deep tissue with Dawn. She is INCREDIBLE. I’ve had many many massages, all over. This was hands down the best. Her pressure was perfect and he voice is soothing throughout the service. Can’t wait to book with her again.

Dawn Dotson500 days agoIf you want to go to a day spa that will go over and above to make sure you feel warm & welcome, with an exceptional staff and a calming yet eloquent ambiance, please take the time to visit this spa, you will be glad you did!! Tabitha & Lisa were both kind and hospital from the moment we walked in the door! We were in town 5 hours away from home for my upcoming surgery, I was feeling very anxious and had a throbbing headache so my daughter suggested we go get an Indian scalp massage to help me relax and hopefully get rid of the headache! We spent about 3.5 hours here and by the time we were ready to leave I felt so much calmer and no headache! Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of us on short notice, and to Tabitha and Lisa for being such wonderful ladies!! You two made my time here so much better!💕 💖 💕
Tiamara LaFayette500 days agoThis Spa is wonderful. Tabitha and Lisa are truly just phenomenal human beings. We came in last minute from out of town seeking relaxation before my mother’s upcoming surgery. They squeezed us in and showed us amazing hospitality. All the ladies there were so warm and welcoming. Truly an environment where you do not feel like just another person. All of the staff took their time to explain how each therapy worked and the benefits of it. Tabitha herself, coached my mom and I through the cold plunge which we give a 10/10. Lisa came to check on us multiple times throughout our visit. Not only are the people amazing, the spa itself, is beautiful and tranquil. They truly go above and beyond and have thought of quite literally, everything. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be making the 5 hour drive to come back. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Please do yourself a favor and go visit them!

Not only is the new space beautiful, the entire staff was so kind and you could tell that everyone on the team was passionate about your experience from start to finish. I am an esthetician myself so I have had many facials and this facial left my skin feeling so hydrated and healthy - I am still glowing hours later! Sierra even convinced me to add the Salt Room on after my treatment and it was the perfect way to end the experience. Book with Sierra, she is so passionate, kind, and knowledgable! I will definitely be back to try out more that Sacred Hour has to offer.

I am a massage therapist myself & have a very high level of standard when it comes to therapeutic, specific massage for my particular needs & areas of pain. I’m leaving this review to share an incredible new talent on the Sacred Hour team. I received a 90 minute deep tissue with Nathan & it was hands down one of the best massages I have ever had. Nathan is very intuitive and his knowledge of anatomy & physiology is very apparent in his use of techniques & perfect pressure. If you’re looking for an amazing deep tissue therapist do yourself a favor & book a massage with Nathan.

I have had many massages by Sacred Hour therapists over the last ten years and they have been truly amazing. The level of luxury, professionalism and knowledge is incredible. I am looking forward to bringing my daughter and her friends there to celebrate a special occasion together. The owner Tabitha goes above and beyond to meet your every need. Even mailing me products when I run out. I highly recommend this spa.

The staff was extremely attentive and even offered me a complimentary glass of champagne. My nails look great. Cannot wait to comeback !

The Steam Room was clean, had a nice shower, towels and toiletries provided, cold water and privacy. It was a beautiful experience.

Afterwards my sister and I went to the Tribu Lounge and had an app and drink which was delicious and the atmosphere was so relaxing and calming! We will be back soon and schedule more than one service so we can be pampered even longer!!
Megan Graham1080 days agoOne of the most relaxing experiences I've had at a spa. The Korean scrub was unlike anything I have experienced before and left my skin feeling wonderful. The manicure and pedicure were reasonably priced and came out perfect. Check in/out was seamless at check in they verify how the transaction will be paid in order to just head out after your treatment is done. I cannot wait to book another appointment!

Kelly Sells1188 days agoI had the pleasure of visiting sacred hour in Lakewood, Ohio for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I got a pedicure and wished immediately I had scheduled more services! First of all, it was THE best pedicure I’ve ever had, and two weeks later it still looks like I got it yesterday. The service is amazing and the atmosphere is beautiful, calming, and energizing at the same time. The tribal lounge outside was the most amazing thing for me, what an amazing atmosphere to let your polish dry, and grab a cocktail! I spent way more time there than I needed to, but never felt like I was over staying my welcome. I will be back again and again and just might make a special trip to visit (from Columbus).

Reilly Marie1274 days agoI visited the spa the other day and I loved my experience. I got a 45 minute Swedish massage with Sheena. She was very hospitable and kind. She worked wonders on my body. Afterwards I had a pedicure with Melissa. She was very outgoing and made sure I had a relaxing time. I purchased a Golden Fairy drink with my services and enjoyed it. After my spa time came to an end I was led to the Tribu Lounge for another drink. The environment of both the spa and lounge is relaxing and you do not feel as if you are in Cleveland. The staff are so nice and cater to anything that you need. They want you have have a perfect experience. I will be visiting Sacred Hour again soon! Please choose this place as your next spa getaway!

We have been to numerous Spas in the Ohio area yet nothing compares to Sacred Hour Wellness Spa. The staff there was amazing. The Spa itself is so nice, clean, and calming. I love the set up. They have this Bar/Lounge to go and relax with a few drink or food while you are waiting. The Massage we got was the 2 hour couple massage. WAS THE BEST MASSAGES we have gotten! We will be back 100% and we will highly recommend everyone stops here!

I’m happy to share that the place now has a Pavlovian effect on me. As soon as I walk in and smell the candles, hear the music, and see the warm decor - I completely relax regardless of how my day has been.
sabrina mcmillan1349 days agoI had my experience on Christmas Eve, with Britain and with this being my first time, I was hesitant about being fully unclothed and so my daughter explained that in order to get the full experience it would be best although Britain advised that I could wear a paper thong. As it turned out I was very comfortable and the steam was amazing. To think all the dirt that was scrubbed off my body, and being congested, I give it a plus plus plus. I from Arizona and I look forward to going back and I cannot brag enough about this wonderful place. If your thinking about doing this, think no more. Just like the Nike slogan, Just Do It! You will not be sorry. My skin is like a baby ! Thanks again Britain

You get what you pay for here with quality, comfort, care, relaxation and outstanding services whether nails, facial, massage, etc. or have a drink at the hidden gem of Tribu bar and lounge (you can get the relaxing Sacred Hour vibes there anytime for a drink even if you don't have a service). Pro Tip: Make sure you double check whether your service is at the Lakewood or Rocky River location...they are within a few minutes of each other and both addresses have Detroit in their name. :)

All of the staff is very friendly and professional. You’ve got to try honey lavender latte when you come. I highly recommend the 90min CBD massage. Eric was my massage therapist today and he worked some demons out of my back I didn’t know were there! 10/10 coming back and would recommend to others.

The interior space is intimate and beautifully appointed (bar top and small fireplace/stove is quite elegant), and there is a decent heft of exterior seating when weather permits. I've never met a cocktail there that I haven't loved, as well. Will happily continue to patronize for many years to come...
LT1692 days agoI can't recall a time where I was ever fully relaxed during a pedicure, but Sacred Hour was calming from the minute I stepped in the door; this upscale little getaway will absolutely make you forget that you are on a busy street in Lakewood! I'm ticklish and have back issues, so the posture of pedis is often uncomfortable, but Katie (sp?) did such a fantastic job of using just the right amount of pressure and support that I even dozed off for a few minutes during the foot massage! The decor is luxurious without being over-the-top, and it seems like every aspect has been intentionally thought out: from the layout to the decor and lighting, to the body-friendly lotions and polishes. Parking can be tricky and it is on the pricier side, but well worth the splurge for the quality and value of services!

Explained everything without talking too much so I could relax & had the perfect amount of pressure during massage. I came in with dry flaky winter skin & literally left glowing. Allison1754 days agoLoved my time here with Melissa. I had the buff and glo pedicure and sacred hour mani. Melissa was so sweet and professional and made me so relaxed I almost fell off to a blissful sleep. She was also very intuitive to whatever my needs whether it be reminding me to relax, helping me reposition , or helping me pick out the right color polish. I also really appreciated her assistance getting about the salon with wet nails and her escorting me to the lounge so I could purchase myself a latte for the drive home. The facility was very cleanly and the staff patient and helpful. I love that the facility encourages keeping the space quiet to allow healing and relaxation. Best place to unplug and enjoy some self care. I hope to be back to see Melissa soon! Simply can’t recommend it enough.

Mel lyn1846 days agoI got the korean scrub with Britton. And first off she is amazing, super sweet, considerate and she makes you feel so at ease it really makes the experience even better! Absolutely follow the recommendation to not shave, use lotions, or do up makeup though, it makes it so much better! My skin feels so soft and I am absolutely estactic with the results of this scrub! And as always the staff of sacred hour and the bar are welcoming and so lovely its a treat to come here

Caitlin Wild1874 days agoA friend recommended this place so I decided to give it a try when I was in town and let me say, WOW! Kat was my message therapist and I can say enough good things about her. I normally request a male because my experience is that they give a stronger, deeper massage, but this was the best massage of my life. I have my own personal anxieties when it comes to massage and feel that my legs need to be perfectly shaved and my body needs to not be something that they are going to be put off by. I had traveled in from out of town and haven't shaved in a couple of days because I forgot my razor. She wouldn't even let me apologize for it. She made me feel so comfortable. It was like I was giving myself a massage... If myself had any clue what to do, lol. I live in Indianapolis and already have another massage booked with Kat for a couple weeks for a 2 hour appt. I absolutely do not mind driving the 5 hours to be able to come see her. I have a connective tissue disorder that causes quite a bit of pain and I'm not always good about explaining what hurts where. She was able to find all of the sore spots that I had and work them out. I can't remember the last time that I felt so good. If you are on the fence at all make a reservation and specifically ask for Kat.

Shay Hazen1953 days agoThe best spa experience in Ohio, hands down. The number of options on their menu is unbelievable. The Indian Head Massage and the 90 Minute Deep Tissue Massage are my go-to services, but when I need a full pampering day I add a gel manicure and a fireside pedicure. I can't wait to try their facials and the Earth & Sky massage soon! Oh, and it's worth mentioning that their team is so talented across the board that in the 13 years I've gone to SH, I've actually never requested any specific person, I always schedule with whatever therapist is available at the day and time that I need. And I've always been beyond satisfied with my experience. The entire team is world class!

Kayla Stewart1993 days agoThis is my first experience at this spa. I decided to visit to support my best friend, Racheal in her new position here and I was amazed. The outside of the building is absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking. The parking situation is a little tight, but there is plenty of street parking. I walked in and was immediately greeted and taken care of very kindly. I LOVE that their COVID precautions are so serious and will tight it. It's easy for the client to come in, wash their hands, get their temperature checked and move into the spa for their appointment. The staff that I met was very kind. The entire inside of the building is calm, serene, gorgeous, and tranquil. I lived it. Would 10/10 recommend this spa and Racheal is amazing at deep tissue.
Alaina Wolfe2014 days agoSacred hour was awesome. Facility was very clean. Felt very safe. Therapists all wear masks. You have to keep your mask on during your treatment at this time for the therapist safety as well. Awesome experience. Highly recommend a body scrub!

I’ve gone to her atleast 8 times and they’ve always been incredible. I feel so amazing after and always feel a relief in my areas of pain. I feel renewed mentally, emotionally, and physically each time :) She is so truly such a gift! And the new space is absolutely beautiful!

But Tabitha and Sacred Hour do an absolutely perfect job in setting the environment, creating comfort, and giving a high quality and professional massage. Other places great a sterile environment, making it feel like I’m getting a massage in a doctor’s office. Sacred Hour feels like an intimate space, almost like home, making it absolutely perfect for relaxing and releasing. Shout out to Sheena!!

From the welcoming storefront and peaceful waiting room lobby to the wonderful massage itself. Great local business.

matt j2395 days agoThis place is amazing. Great spa with great therapist. Also has a nice steam room. Parking is limited and you have to watch not to scrape your car when leaving the lot. I would go here again. Best spa in Cleveland area.

Kathy Peters2472 days agoI just moved back to.thr area, and needed to find a good massage therapist. So I tried Sacred Hour twice now. I love the entire experience of Sacred Hour. From the peaceful calm when you walk in, to the amazing staff, I can't say enough about this amazing place. I highly recommend the fireside footrub and CBD Massage for alleviating pain, sureness and allover relief. This is my new massage place for sure!

After finishing my half marathon I splurged on the four hand massage. Amazing! So unique to this place and I highly recommend giving it a try. Great service and therapists who really care.

I have has massages by a few massage therapists, (whom were very good) but once I received a massage by Stacy, and that's who has been my massage therapist since then (a little over a year) she is the absolute best! I am obsessed with the decor, literally want my entire home to look like this!!
Jennifer Rahman2538 days agoBeautiful spa with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is welcoming and friendly - I love that you’re asked to remove your shoes upon entering! I had the “SuperGlow Facial” with Heidy and it was well worth the time and price. I felt Heidy stuck to her usual routine but managed to cater to my specific skin type and concerns/problem areas. My sensitive/acne prone skin is improving everyday! The room was tranquil, peaceful, and clean. Highly recommend!

I've seen Jessica for 2 deep tissue massages (the best I have ever had!!) and Sarah regularly for pedicures. I would highly recommend going here for special occasions or if you just love to feel pampered!
Staci Hulick2579 days agoABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE! I have lived in Lakewood for a few years and with wedding planning have been so stressed. I needed a place to get a massage. Luckily this was close and I heard good things about it but let me tell you it was totally worth it. I did a 60 minute Swedish massage and from the moment I walked in it was quiet, peaceful, and I felt so relaxed. It put me in a great mindset to enjoy the massage I was going to be getting. I definitely will he going back!
Meghan Strobel2629 days agoI have been searching for a spa that has both an amazing atmosphere and massages. I’ve finally found it! As soon as you step inside the building you are instantly relaxed by all the modern and beautiful decor. The small touches of asking to take off your shoes as soon as you walk in, to the cozy lounge area covered in blankets and pillows made the experience luxurious. I had Kate who was very thorough in her technique. I’ve had painful massages in the past and she had the perfect pressure and was able to relax me- which is hard to do! I will be back! Recommending this spa to everyone I know.
Christian Carter2641 days agoSacred hour in Lakewood is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The services are not going to be the lowest cost in the market, but you get what you pay for here. The first visit, my boyfriend and I spent ample time in the relaxation room prior to and after our couples massage. On our second visit, the room was not available due to renovations. We look forward to the renovations being complete so that room is available again, but it is worth coming either way. We have had a total of 4 different masseuses and enjoyed all of them. There is hot tea available for customers before and after the massage.
Cassandra Foster2672 days agoI had a two hour deep tissue massage with Nanette this morning and it was EVERYTHING. The ambiance of this spa is unparalleled to any other spa I’ve been to in the Canton/Akron area. I drive almost an hour to Sacred Hour because it is just that great. Highly recommend.

Megan D2810 days agoSacred hour is my favorite spa in all of Cleveland. I highly recommend visiting if you are looking to take some time away for yourself to relax. The staff are friendly, the decor is modern, prices are adorable and the place is very clean. I never had a massage until Sacred Hour and now nowhere else can compare. Only downside is the parking lot is small but there is always street parking available. Highly recommend!

The ambiance was extraordinary and my massage therapist was absolutely amazing. However, I was quite disappointed when I was asked to come early to enjoy a glass of champagne only not to enjoy, when I asked about it, I was told I can enjoy at the end of my service. At the end of my spa retreat, I checked out, paid for my services without being offered the promised champagne, I was so disappointed. I wanted to book an appointment for myself and my daughter, however, I changed my mind. If a customer is paying for a service and promised something, the company should come through period.

She was very thorough and professional and responsive to more or less pressure as she provided the massage. The environment was relaxing, the right temperature, and clean. The entire staff was pleasant and will definitely be going back.

Jay3056 days agoI've been ranting and raving about this spa since I've been in over a month ago! The interior is beautiful and serene with a calming atmosphere, decorated with crystals and sage in every corner. Leading up to my appointment my work schedule got changed, and I called the spa in disappointment to cancel, but the wonderful lady who answered the phone did everything she could to find a time for me so I could still make it in. My boyfriend and I were offered champagne while we were waiting, and our masseuses were absolutely amazing. This is hands down the best spa I've ever been to, and I definitely plan on making appointments here in the future!
Sarah W3062 days agoI really wish I could give them 4.5/5 stars. Some of the complaints below I know they don't really have control over. I have been looking for a spa that would offer a 4-handed massage. i have been looking to try a 4-handed massage, so I decided to book Sacred Hour in Lakewood. I have absolutely no complaints other than that google maps does not know the exact address. It was a little aggravating to find the location. There is also absolutely no on-site parking. They have a tiny, 4-spot parking lot that was filled when I got there. The meter parking was all taken up because of construction. Once you walk into the spa though, it was an instant change in atmosphere and ambiance. Check-in and check-out process was quick and painless. They have an amazing lounge upstairs, offering tea, coffee, water and snacks while you wait. All I can tell you is if you ever have the means to try a 4-handed massage, so do so at least once in your life time! The experience alone was heavenly and left me in bliss. I have no complaints about the masseuses. Both were very professional and they had their techniques down packed. I know I am going to be sore the next couple of days, but I am so happy I treated my self! Thanks so much, Sacred Hour!

Megan Zelinsky3108 days agoMy experience at Sacred Hour was wonderful. I'm surprised that anyone gave negative reviews. I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Maureen and it was one of the best I've had. I had no problem with the amount of pressure - if anything, she could have gone lighter and it still would have fallen under deep tissue. If you want more pressure, just speak up. Maureen was very attentive and checked in with me periodically. It's usually difficult for me to relax, but the atmosphere here is serene and I felt completely at peace. All of the employees I encountered were pleasant and I will absolutely be going back. They do have some parking in the back, but street parking is readily available as well and I didn't have an issue finding a spot. The only other thing I will mention is that there were some noises throughout my massage. You can hear footsteps, doors, dogs barking, etc. I personally didn't have a problem with this, but I know it might bother some.

Maureen was my esthatician for my facials, she came highly recommended. Based off my skin, Maureen recommended the SuperGlo facial. It's amazing! I highly recommend it. I wish I could take a nap there :) I have been very happy with everyone I have received a massage from. This place is very spa like. The customer service and facility are top notch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for a relaxing experience.
