Spa Etiquette
Welcome to Sacred Hour, where tranquility meets modern relaxation. Whether you’re a seasoned spa-goer or visiting us for the first time, embracing these simple guidelines ensures a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all.
Arrive Early+–
We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before your scheduled treatment, or 1 hour if using amenities. This extra time allows you to relax, complete any necessary forms, and begin unwinding before your service begins.
Silence Your Devices+–
To maintain a serene atmosphere, please silence or turn off your mobile devices upon entering the spa. This helps preserve the peaceful environment for everyone.
Communicate Your Preferences+–
Comfortable clothing, undress to comfort level, share likes/dislikes with therapist/technician for optimal experience.
Dress Comfortably+–
Wear comfortable clothing to your appointment. Undress to your comfort level, as your therapist will ensure your privacy is maintained at all times.
Respect the Space+–
Keep voices soft, silence phones, no photos/videos in lower level, adult-only, fragrance-light.
Relax and Enjoy+–
Once your treatment begins, allow yourself to fully relax and enjoy the experience. Our team of Licensed Massage Therapists and Estheticians and Nail technicians, are here to guide you through a rejuvenating journey.
Food & Beverage+–
Outside food/drinks not permitted; available for purchase in Social Lounge or patio.
Inclement Weather+–
Spa remains open; review cancellation policy for winter months.
Gift Cards+–
Non-refundable, 5-year expiration from purchase date. Valid for services, merchandise, food & beverage, and yoga. Credit card required to book; card not charged at booking.
Cancellation Policy
We realize that sometimes plans change. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require a full 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a charge in full for the service. Cancellation policies may vary, depending on the size of the booking. The policy is reviewed with you at the time a reservationist approves the booking.
Please notify us of any cancellations by phone at 216-228-9750 within your quoted cancellation policy. You may call us outside of business hours, however, you must leave us a voicemail stating your cancellation. We do not accept cancellations via email unless your spa group coordinator has instructed email communication only.
All late cancellations may incur a full charge if we are unable to fill the bookings with another guest.
